Product conveying: Products enter the labeling machine through a conveyor belt, and are orderly separated by a bottle-separating mechanism (such as a dial wheel) to ensure that individual products enter the labeling area in sequence.
Position detection: When a sensor (such as a photoelectric sensor) detects that the product has reached the designated position, it sends a signal to the control system to trigger the labeling action.
Label picking and conveying: The label roll releases labels, which, when passing through the label peeling plate, separate from the backing paper due to their own tension. The label picking mechanism (such as a suction head) then adsorbs or grasps the labels.
Labeling action: Two labeling heads correspond to the two surfaces of the product respectively. When the product passes by, the labels are pasted onto the designated positions of the product simultaneously or sequentially.
Label pressing and fixing: After labeling, the label pressing wheel or brush is used to press the label, ensuring it adheres closely to the product surface and avoiding bubbles and wrinkles.

Synchronous double-sided labeling machine: With two labeling heads operating simultaneously, it completes labeling on both surfaces of a product in one go as the product passes by, achieving extremely high efficiency. It is suitable for products with regular shapes and symmetrical labeling positions.
Step-by-step double-sided labeling machine: The product first passes through the first labeling head to complete labeling on one surface, and then adjusts its posture through a turning mechanism to enter the second labeling head to complete labeling on the other surface.
